1 Before Work Begins
If a cancellation request is made before any work has commenced:
A full refund will be issued, minus any transaction or processing fees (typically 2–5%).
Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email within 48 hours of payment.
2 After Work Has Commenced
Once the project is underway, refunds will be assessed based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation:
0–25% completion: Up to 50% refund of the total project fee.
26–50% completion: Up to 25% refund of the total project fee.
51–100% completion: No refund applicable.
The percentage of completion will be assessed by TechySpecy Digital based on deliverables, milestones, and hours invested.
3 Post-Delivery
No refund will be issued once a project has been delivered, handed over, or gone live, regardless of the reason for dissatisfaction. Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of delivery and will be addressed through our revision policy.
