Refund Policy

Introduction

This refund Policy governs all engagements between TechySpecy Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and our clients (“you” or “client”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. TechySpecy Digital provides professional digital services including Web & App Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Management, and Monthly Retainers. As these are service-based engagements, our refund policy reflects the nature of the work invested in each project.

General Policy

All payments made to TechySpecy Digital are generally non-refundable once the project has commenced. This is because our team allocates resources, time, and expertise immediately upon project initiation. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and we are committed to handling each situation fairly and transparently. Refund eligibility is determined based on the project phase, work completed, and the specific service type.

Web & App Development

1 Before Work Begins
If a cancellation request is made before any work has commenced:
A full refund will be issued, minus any transaction or processing fees (typically 2–5%).
Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email within 48 hours of payment.
2 After Work Has Commenced
Once the project is underway, refunds will be assessed based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation:
0–25% completion: Up to 50% refund of the total project fee.
26–50% completion: Up to 25% refund of the total project fee.
51–100% completion: No refund applicable.
The percentage of completion will be assessed by TechySpecy Digital based on deliverables, milestones, and hours invested.
3 Post-Delivery
No refund will be issued once a project has been delivered, handed over, or gone live, regardless of the reason for dissatisfaction. Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of delivery and will be addressed through our revision policy.

Digital Marketing & SEO Services

Digital marketing and SEO services are result-oriented and involve ongoing effort, research, and strategy. As such: Monthly fees are non-refundable once work for that billing cycle has commenced. Clients may request cancellation of future months with 30 days’ written notice. No pro-rated refunds will be given for partial months. Any setup fees paid are strictly non-refundable. TechySpecy Digital does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or results, as these are subject to search engine algorithms and market conditions beyond our control.

Monthly Retainer Services

For clients on monthly retainer agreements: Retainer fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. To cancel future retainers, a written notice of 30 days is required before the next billing date. Unused hours or services within a retainer period do not carry over to the next month and are not eligible for a refund. Early termination of a multi-month retainer contract may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your individual agreement.

Revision Policy

TechySpecy Digital offers revisions as specified in the agreed project scope. If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable: Raise concerns in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will carry out revisions within the agreed scope at no additional charge. Revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately. Dissatisfaction due to a change in personal preference, after approval of initial designs or content, does not qualify for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances: Domain registration fees and hosting costs. Third-party software, plugin, or tool licenses purchased on your behalf. Paid advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) — these are billed by the platform directly. Rush or priority processing fees. Any work already completed and delivered as per the project agreement.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow the steps below: Send a written refund request to our official email (see contact details below). Include your full name, project name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. TechySpecy Digital reserves the right to decline any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, we encourage you to contact our senior management team directly to discuss the matter further. TechySpecy Digital is committed to resolving disputes amicably and professionally. Any unresolved disputes will be governed by the laws applicable in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

TechySpecy Digital reserves the right to update or modify this refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
